HOW DID WE BEGIN?

In 1984 a young Baptist Minister was struggling to understand the heartache he felt in his ministry and in his life. He was asking God for more of Him. At the same time God was dealing heavily with a woman in the community about her Spiritual walk of Obedience. For two years God had placed her in isolation unto Him. These two people’s paths crossed in their search for the reality of God. The young Minister received the fullness of the Holy Spirit, lost his Pastoral job and set apart with this woman and other individuals who also were searching for a deeper walk with God. For two years they met in homes and with other groups. They also did not meet at times. But He always brought them back together. Finally, God revealed some of His plan for them, enough to show them to commit themselves to each other and be formed into a Body of Believers. In March 1986 they set about to listen to God as He began to build this Fellowship of Believers.
WHAT DO WE AS A FELLOWSHIP BELIEVE?

We as a Fellowship believe that Jesus is Our Savior, Our Lord, and Our King.
We believe that God through His Son and His Holy Spirit is now revealing to His Body the complete understanding of His Plan for all Ages.
We are a Fellowship of people giving God the liberty to bring this truth to us as He wills.
We believe that God is the Father, Jesus is the Son, and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God.
We believe we as a Fellowship seek to walk as Sons.
WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE?

The purpose of the Abundant Life Fellowship is to have an atmosphere in all that we do where we can meet God in spirit and truth. We have a three-fold commitment and toward this we work. This pledge is that all people who come to the Fellowship will allow God through Jesus and by the Holy Spirit… To:
1.Clean them up for full Salvation
2. Renew them for full Possession
3. Restore them for full Sonship
OUR SHORT TERM GOALS ARE:

1. To have a Fellowship where we push for the highest and the best of all of God in every activity we do.
2. To have a Fellowship where we are learning and teaching with great humility all the truths of God as it is revealed to us by the Holy Spirit
3. To have a Fellowship where we are listening and focusing into God’s leading and focusing into God’s leading in all that we do as individuals and as a Body of Believers.
OUR LONG-TERM GOALS ARE.

To have a Fellowship where there is such love for God that we are honest, truthful and trusting before God and with each other. Enabling us to come into and use the full love which God has given us in our individual lives and our Fellowship.
